How do I buy points or a VIP rank?+
Go to the Shop, pick your points pack or VIP rank, enter your in-game ID (EOS ID) and the relevant server, then pay via PayPal. In-game delivery is then automatic.
How does in-game delivery work?+
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your points or VIP rank are credited automatically on the chosen server via ArkShop. No manual action is required.
How long until I receive my order?+
Delivery is automatic and happens right after the payment is confirmed. If nothing shows up, reconnect to the server, then contact us on Discord if needed.
What is the EOS ID and how do I find it?+
On Ark: Survival Ascended, your player identity is your EOS ID. It is requested at checkout so we target the right account; if in doubt, our Discord can help you retrieve it.
What is the difference between the Wipe and No-Wipe clusters?+
AlphaClash runs two clusters. The Wipe cluster is reset periodically (regular fresh start), while the No-Wipe cluster keeps progression over time. Select the server matching your cluster when buying.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are made via PayPal, in euros (EUR).
What should I do if I didn't receive my order?+
First reconnect to the server. If the issue persists, contact us on Discord: every delivery is tracked, so we can check and fix it quickly.
What are the VIP ranks?+
VIP ranks (VIP1 to VIP5) grant in-game perks through ArkShop permissions. The details of each rank are shown on its page in the Shop.
How do I access CCTV surveillance?+
CCTV is reserved for VIP4 and VIP5 ranks (up to 4 cameras). Log into your account to access it from the website's CCTV area or the dedicated app.
Are purchases refundable?+
As digital goods are delivered in-game immediately, they are generally non-refundable. For any question, contact us on Discord.
